Beginner Belly Dance Classes
Tenth Muse Dance instructor, Erin Mariele, will be teaching this 75 minute class focused on developing beginning belly dance skills. Posture, hand placement, and focus on isolation of the ribcage, hip, and abdomen will provide a strong belly dance foundation. Foundational skills including isolation technique from Zoe Jake's DanceCraft Diamonds Level material will be incorporated into class.
Intermediate Belly Dance Classes
This class is for the belly dancer looking to improve technique, challenge themselves, or learn more advance skills!
Erin Mariele, will be leading the class. We will focus on traveling, strength, flexibility, layering, and refining of the basic belly dance movements learned in Beginner Belly Dance. Class will include focus from Zoe Jake's DanceCraft Diamond's Level material.
